ESQ CERTIFICATION ASSURANCE understands the importance of impartiality in carring out activities for the products certification, therefore manages the potential conflict of interests and ensure complete objectivity for the construction products certification activities. The certification body has developed and implemented procedures in compliance with the requirements of ISO/IEC 17065:2012 and ISO / IEC 17021:2015.
ESQ CERTIFICATION ASSURANCE identifies, analyzes and documents any possibile conflict of interests that arise from certification processes including the established relations. If some relations create potential impartiality threats, ESQ CERTIFICATION ASSURANCE documents and eliminates such threats. It is necessary , in order to cover all possible source of conflict of interests’ that are identified regardless of their origin”. ESQ CERTIFICATION ASSURANCE requires all employees and contractors to comply with the impartiality rules as well as with all other procedures and requirements. The certification body shall not undertake any activity that could threat the impartiality and / or represent a potential conflict of interests. In case of certain relations create unacceptable impartiality threat, than the certification activity shall not be conducted.
The certification body shall not certify another certification body for its activities related to management system certification. ESQ CERTIFICATION ASSURANCE shall not allow in any way conducting activities that are conflict of interests such as advertising or providing management system consultant services. The certification body shall take action to correct inappropriate claims by any consultancy organization stating or implying that certification would be simpler, easier, faster or less expensive if the certification body were used. When potential impartiality threat arises the certification body eliminates it.
ESQ CERTIFICATION ASSURANCE shall not certify organizations twhere ESQ CERTIFICATION ASSURANCE is a part of or it is a member. ESQ CERTIFICATION ASSURANCE shall not provide internal audits for its certified clients.
ESQ CERTIFICATION ASSURANCE shall not provide certification services to a customer when relations between the consulting company and the certification body could lead to impartiality threat.
ESQ CERTIFICATION ASSURANCE does not receive any financial support different form the sales of its services.
ESQ CERTIFICATION ASSURANCE does not pay any commissions to consultants therefore there can be no pressure exercised on the certification body by consultants. ESQ CERTIFICATION ASSURANCE shall not allow any pressure from other certification bodies to influence the certification process in the organization. If other certification body declines to provide service for customer and the customer requests the same service from ESQ CERTIFICATION ASSURANCE, than the certification body shall investigate the reasons for declining before performing any other certification activities for the respective customer. In all cases the certification body shall not allow any pressure from partners and others if the client is in compliance with applicable documents and procedures. ESQ CERTIFICATION ASSURANCE shall not allow pressure from customers and / or consulting organizations. If there is such pressure than the certification body will apply requirements of ISO/IEC 17065:2012 and ISO / IEC 17021:2015 and internal procedures in order to stop such practice.
ESQ CERTIFICATION ASSURANCE will undertake any necessary actions against all threats for the independence and the impartiality of the certification body.
